    I think I can speak for many people with this request; I would very much love to be able to obtain the HG Kyogre in my SS file via an Action Replay code (since I can imagine there is no other way getting it solo). It must be the candidate you would bring along side the Groudon that is obtained in SS to Professor Oak who would in turn present you with the Jade Orb in order to capture Rayquaza. I am not picky in regards to what I the trainer in the game must do to get it whether I talk to the man in the Pokemart, or go to the Embedded Tower (and the Groudon is switched with Kyogre). Just as long as I am able to obtain the Jade Orb from the Professor, because I do not have any access to wifi or a friend with HG. I would just need the AR code, and any additional info I may need. If it must be created by scratch, it can be made by these attributes, thank you:
