    When I tried everything and Lance still didnt show up. I went to the rocket base that's supposed to be a souvenir shop in Mahogany, used walk through walls, and walked through the guy with glasses down the stairs. After that I just played the game normally. Don't use walk through walls once you go down there, and don't try to go into Electrode room until Murkrow opens it. P.S. I really think the All phrases code is doing this. Because I somehow skipped Clair's Gym Battle and the Elite Four. But ended up using walk through walls to fix my problem again.

    Oh yeah, are there codes for HG and SS Groudon Kyogre and Rayquaza? Not for orbs, just to get them from mart guy or in PC. P.S. Fixed my Gyarados Problem, ended just walking through the stairs into Team Rocket hideout.

    I don't need Exp Share <_< Lance won't appear since Red Gyarados doesn't drop his scale.

    When I beat mine it doesn't drop red scale So I need to re-battle him. Red scale key item code won't work, Red Gyarados has to drop it.

    A normal PokeSav'd Red scale doesn't activate the event for Lance to appear. It has to be a legit, event activating red scale. I already tried like 3 different key item codes.

    Ok, good luck. Red Gyarados doesn't drop red scale when I beat him so I can't progress in the game. So hopefully a re-battle code will work.
