Replied on your Rain RMT with a recommended Rotom-W set. I personally use Cloyster as my Rapid Spinner for my team. Make sure it has high defense so it isn't crippled by Stealth Rock. Cloyster can have a maximum of 500 Defense without Shell Smashing or increasing its Defense with moves.
Replied to your Rain RMT. Very very nice team in my opinion and well assembled except for a few minor things. I have a suggestion as well for your Cloyster / Starmie problem too.
