Punky! See you're proud of that work right. Although you know it cant top narwhal's work you're still proud of it and you dont even know if the person likes it yet. (It is good by the way) That's how I felt when I made your sig (which you rejected) You may not have liked it and i knew that it couldn't top narwhal's but I was proud of it all the same. I just didn't think you saw that. maybe now you do.

It is good by the way. The only problem is that rayquaza blends to much with the blackground, a shiny version would've been better. But the beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, or in this case Canadiensfan.

I use G.I.M.P. its basically a free photoshop and i am glad you like it :D

I used a gradient tool for the background i already had the images of the poke's saved (< rather luckily :D) And i used a custom font for the name.

I use a soft brush and a nice smudge brush with scattering. I used to use a ton of different brushes, but when I started losing them, I taught myself to work with way less. Use more filters then brushes and lots of blending effects.

Well, a soft brush is a brush with the hardness set to 0%. Also, you can look in the Basic Brushes pallet and find quite a soft brush sizes. Its great to use for erasing things, but also super handy for creating light sources.

Kay. A couple of specifications, if you please:
For the Dragonite: Either use this (http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/zz181/Dragonite_Luv/Dragonite2.jpg) Dragonite, or this (http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/zz181/Dragonite_Luv/Dragonite1.jpg) Dragonite. Prefferably the first Dragonite, please. You might have to heal-brush the "delta" symbol out of the picture, though. And obviously, don't use the whole card, just the picture part of the card.
For the color palette: some nice deep greens and blues would be nice. For example, in the Dragonite picture I want you to use, the grass is a really nice deep shade of green. It's somewhat dark, too, but not too dark. That's what I like about it. Some shades around that hue (or whatever you want to call it) would be nice.

Well, a soft brush is a brush with the hardness set to 0%. Also, you can look in the Basic Brushes pallet and find quite a soft brush sizes. Its great to use for erasing things, but also super handy for creating light sources.

That's also a thing that I didn't know but not what I meant. What I meant is e.a. the yellow stripes above your entei in your sig. When I try to do something like that I can't see anymore what's below.. What I first wanted to do in my sig was to make some "transparant" snow also above weavile.

yeah, i wanted it a little bare... i dont really like it too done up.
I didn't put a render in at all, but I made a layer mask for the Arcanine and painted all the rest of the stuff away with a soft brush so it would have a nice glow around the edges. :)

I love how this turned out! The only thing wrong with it is Zexion's quality, but other than that, I think it turned out pretty good!

Wow, this thread got extremely long. Great job everyone, I know I'm not all that active, but I do look at all the sigs, and I think everyone here has massively improved since they joined.

And kudos to telos, for being totally overworked and keeping a fantastic attitude and quality work output. You may not want to hear this, but you'd do amazing in an office. ;)

Also, kudos to the creator, Narwhal. I saw your first sigs, and they were fine, but not great. Your newer sigs not only look good, but they show quality and time put into them, which is not all that easy to show. ;)

Finally, a few quick notes. Telos, again, I saw your sigs when you came, and I was thinking, "Are we really hiring this guy?" Turns out it was a good idea. Same goes for you, kunai. You've definitely shown lots of improvement. And Naru-chu, you started good, and you've gotten much better. You have the talent to be fantastic; you just have to develop the skill and experience. ;) Good luck.

Yea, I was thinking the shape on top of the nobody symbol would somehow be useful in the signature. Also, did you notice Organization XII in the back? Did you notice that I made it so that a few people stand out?
