PID/IV help

So I am making a legal Gible from an egg, but the problem is is that I want it shiny, with an IV set almost like this:

HP: 31, or around 30 is fine

Attack: 31 - Definately.

Defense: 30 or around 30 is fine.

Special Attack: Don't what this is.

Special Defense: 30 or around 30 is fine.

I also want the nature Adamant, and I can't find a matching PID! Can someone help me?

If it's hatched, why bother worrying? Just hack it and make sure to fix the trash bytes (I think, but may not be necessary) and generate a PID. Hatched PKMN are the easiest to get legal. :d
