Request: Help for building a competitive team, No Legendaries.

Hello all, I'm Khannibal and although I don't have Wireless Internet I need to make a competitive Team for when I find one :)
Like at my GirlFriends house :3

I'm a little Skeptical as to what OU etc. means, but I do have PokeSav and a few Pokemon, what I need is for someone to help me through the rest of my team.

Basically I just need somebody to advis me how to modify and improve my team, and give me some optional PokeMon.

You could use Shoddy Battle to test your team. http://shoddybattle.com/downloads It's a very fast download.
Ok. Obviously you like offense. Most people in competitive play ban Double Team and Garchomp.
Gallade is not too useful Metagross is fine. Gyarados would be better off with Earthquake over Bounce.
Um... If you log on Shoddy maybe some people can assist you. For the rest of the team I would suggest some Stealth Rock users.
Maybe an Azelf with Dual Screen as a lead?
Something that breaks walls like Heatran etc.
