What do you mean by GBA pikachu with fly, do you mean the ANA Pikachu that was given out in 2004 OR do you mean the GW Pikachu that was given out in 2005?

The OT of the 2004 one is ANA (male) and the id number is 41205.

GBA Pikachu's can't have Fly (or Surf or any HM) because all HM moves must be deleted upon being Pal-Parked.
