Question about event Pokemon OT ID

when I get pokemon from wonder card, then take the pokemon from pokemart man, the OT ID is the date I receive.. so is it matter if I receive the wonder card first, then take the pokemon 1 week after the date I receive the wonder card.. will it still legit? because the OT ID changed.. right?

The OT ID is usually related to the first day of the event, and it doesn't change. What can change is just the date you received it, shown on the second page of the Pokemon's summary. The event would be legit, no matter when you pick it up from the delivery guy.
