nice ive wanted a shiny glaceon for a while now, eevee is an awesome poke to give away as a shiny because it can be evolved into so many different pokes.

Those of us who actually try to contribute have had a few discussions about this event.
It HAS begun its distribution in a few regional competitions in Japan, however getting an actual, 100% real wondercard and pgt file will be extremely difficult. It may not hit the internet until much later, after more people have had the chance to get it.

In the meantime, don't be an impatient butt.
