Suggestions on a flashcart

I'd like to purchase a flashcart online, but I'm not sure where to get one. What would be the best one to get? I only really want this to back up my saved data on Pearl Version and maybe edit the save file of my Diamond Version. The only rule is I have to be allowed to pay with Paypal, because I don't have a credit card.

Any suggestions? Also, can I use this to edit my RSE saves?

For Slot-1 Flashcarts, I would recommend the Acekard 2(or 2i) and the CycloDS
Evolution.
For Slot-2 Flashcarts, I would recommend the Supercard Lite.

EDIT: The Acekard 2i works on DS Lite, DS Phat, and DSi(The Acekard 2i on the European DSi still has bugs.) The Supercard Lite does support DS & GBA games. For the Acekard 2i(and CycloDS) I would recommend a EZ-Flash 3-in-1 to be able to play GBA games.
