Red IV's

sorry if this is posted somewhere else but what are the rules regarding ivs, can we just have what we want because i wanted to use 3 31's for cresselias hp def and spdef, i tried lower ivs but it seems you have to have them quite low to stay out of the red.

EDIT: and what about evs, it seems we can put 510 in 1 stat

What nature is your Cresselia? BTW it's okay to have 31 in every IVs in Shoddy... except for legends. Sometimes the common thing to fix red IVs is to put 17 IVs in Attack or 25 IVs in SpA.

As for EVs... 255 should be the max in one stat. You can put 510 in one stat, but it won't allow you to use that Pokemon then.

For Bold Cresselia use these Ivs:

Hp - 31
Atk - 16
Def - 31
SpA - 31
SpD - 31
Spe - 31

The attack IVs are low because you're not using it. Hence the Bold nature.
