The scan contains references to many parts of the games, and notably contains new Ken Sugimori artwork for Entei, Suicune, and Raikou.<br /><br />Alongside the new artwork, in the lower portion of the scan, you can see the overworld sprites of the legendary beasts in the Brass Tower. More information about HeartGold and SoulSilver was also revealed:

<li>Ho-Oh and Lugia are captured at level 45</li><li>The Red Gyarados is at the Lake of Rage at level 30</li><li>New Feature: "Pokéathelon" mini-game that utilizes the stylus</li><li>The Kimono Girls are encountered many times throughout the storyline</li><li>Eusine, the Suicune "stalker" from Crystal, is present</li><li>Latios & Latias are catachable at level 30</li><li>Mewtwo is present</li><li>A total of 9 mini-games</li><li>Lugia & Ho-Oh to have a hidden ability</li><li>Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina learn moves that they did not previously learn - Metal Burst, Hydro Pump, and Shadow Sneak (respectively).</li></ul>More information will be posted as it surfaces.</p><br />

There is absolutely no reason you won't be able to... unless you just aren't able to track them down and catch them.

Speaking of the Legendary Beasts though, I'm not so sure that is THE Ken Sugimori artwork for them, not that it isn't artwork by him of course. If you pay attention to that scan, the girl player is up in the corner peering down at them. I'm pretty sure this is a full work depicting their release from the tower. Then again I could be partially wrong and he used the same drawings for both this piece and the individuals.

This is their home region, all three are available. I really hope t PokeGear has a tacking function like the Poketch though. I really don't want to have to run into them by chance before they register.

The only thing unconfirmed as of yet is the Lati@s and Mewtwo part, but I see no reason to doubt the info since it was posted with the other stuff at the same time.

These appear to be fake. We don't know for sure yet but reports from CoroCoro which match the one scan we have counter it and make no mention of it

I'm sort of liking the idea that if Mewtwo turns out to be in this game, then Kanto will be right behind him. Score one!

Also, in response to the previous post, it specifically says "More information will be posted as it surfaces." If newer information shows that those things are false, they will tell us so. =/

A lot of that information isn't shown in the scan, but it's what as reported by the guy who read it on 2ch.
Until the issue is released or someone takes some better pictures, it won't be 100% confirmed.
