Me and my best mate Geo, want to make our own Pokemon game! I know, it sounds silly but it would be so cool! But we need advice and help. Please help two innocent elevn year olds!

Can I just say, the games called Pokemon Coral, and we call Geo, Geodude! Lol!

There's an entire forum dedicated to ROM Hacks. But you should have more to go on than "I want to make a game" and the game's name.
