Here is a cumulative collection of all Generation IV event files that have been collected by this community.

I made the Korean pokemon list that we don't have.

Korean Crown Raikou(ID:12160)
Korean Crown Entei (ID:10300、ID:12160)
Korean Crown Suicune (ID:12160)
Korean Celebi (ID:12230)

Ah, that's right, German NZone Pikachu is also missing.

Korean Raikou is in the collection, but thanks for reminding me about Celebi. I knew it was missing, but forgot to put it on the list.
What's the deal with Entei? Are those two IDs two separate distributions? Korean events are the ones I follow the least, so I appreciate the heads-up there.

Here's every image in acquisition state for Japanese Region Wonder Cards.

This should be everything. Version is according to what the Distribution was for the particular Wonder Card. I've switched to Platinum and Heart Gold after Diamond accordingly depending on Wonder Card Date as it was distribution when it was added for that version on Wonder Card data. Important Distributions in PT/HG/SS display the Card Title text, then disappear with an extra animation when acquiring a Card.

Added Korean Shin Seh Gyeh Manaphy (ID: 03121)
Distributed on March 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27 and April 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17 in Korea
Korean version of Japan's NZ Manaphy

It seems no one reported on this one, so I was not aware of it.

Guested I do not believe there were any weekends missing from the Shin Se Gae Manaphy distribution, the dates I have for it include March 26th/27th, and April 2nd/3rd also. Where did you hear that those were the dates from?

Also, there are two Korean raikous - 09180 and 12160. Currently you are still missing 12160 from your collection so you may want to update the list.

Edit: Yeah I was right about the manaphy dates, I just got sent a shot of the website, unfortunately the link is now dead so I can't link it. But if you need proof I'll find a way to send the picture in PM or something.

I wasn't able to find any official info on the Manaphy, because it had already been removed from the site, like you said.
I was only able to find details on a Japanese event collector's blog, that Nigoli referred me to, here (http://ninapokediary.blog34.fc2.com/blog-entry-882.html).

Please send me that screenshot, if you can.

I'll fix the Crown beasts in the list. Did Suicune only have one distribution?

May 24th, 2011, 07:25 AM
Yeah there was the 09180 Raikou, followed by 10300 Entei, then Raikou/Entei/Suicune were all included in the 12160 distribution. So there were two raikou and entei but only one suicune.

I'll try sending you the screen now.

Guested I do not believe there were any weekends missing from the Shin Se Gae Manaphy distribution,

You used a negative sentence there, and I don't think you meant to. I see what you mean now, looking at the screenshot you sent me. Those four dates were missing, but the other dates were correct. I'll add those to the previous post. It's all the same Manaphy, though, and hopefully someone picked it up...

I also added in the missing Raikou ID, thanks for that.

We will not be adding GTS events to this collection, as the number of people who actually got them is incredibly small and it is impossible to determine was is real and what is not.

Generation IV pkm files will not be added to this collection. The purpose is for people to use pcd and pgt files to simulate getting their own event pokemon in the case that they missed the real event. Including pkm files would make it so every person has the exact pkm, regarding stats and PID. We won't be doing this.

This is not a discussion thread.

Spanish VGC Eevee (Not sure why that didn't find its way in earlier)
Japanese Apicot Berry
Updated collection to new format
Replaced corrupted files

The entire collection has been updated to match the new file format. In this new format, it should be much easier to navigate and much easier to understand. If you need additional details, you can always check the Event Gallery page (once Gen IV is up... which should be soon).

Please download this update, as many corrupted cards have been replaced. A few missing events were added, but I'm not sure why the Spanish Eevee wasn't in there already.

Ok, I think the coast is clear to post this WC, as there's no more value for this event it appears from what I see. We almost got this card on the previous contribution thread(page 62), but sadly it turned up being a Raikou card instead. =( I also thought it would be a good idea to post this as the folder in the archive is called "Johto Beasts" and there's only one, why not add another one?

UPDATE: To anyone who has been waiting patiently for the other 5, sorry for the the delay, I have been busy most of the time and forgot about them as they weren't much in demand for... also it appears their WCs weren't extracted well from what I saw in them. Another thing is if you've downloaded it, please remove the Entei WC that was attached to this post from your collection/games, I will be investigating and finding other ones. As they have special in-game effects for B/W I hope to have the new ones up by the end of this month. And again thanks to those who want them and have been waiting patiently. :)

Here it is. For each Korean event in the archive I've listed the distribution method (almost all through local wireless), and additional info about the event itself.
There's a separate list for missing Korean events, with more info about the Pokémon themselves (OT, Trainer ID, Nature, held item), to help check future contributions (if someone will ever post them).
I'm unsure of the status of the Crown Beasts (hopefully my info will help clarify the matter), so I've put all of them in the first list, regardless of their presence in the archive.

Wow, that's far more detailed information than I was expecting... thanks!

I do have a question, though. I was recently told that the local events for Gen V are done by IR so people have to use a retail cartridge to get them... the same person also said a lot of Gen IV events were done by Slot 2 distribution for the same reason. So are you sure that these local ones were wireless?

Acanto
Sep 20th, 2011, 06:54 PM
;)
I've got no definitive confirmation that they weren't also distributed through slot-2 cartridges. However, since I've always been able to find details of local wireless distributions whenever they have been different from standard (i.e. Goon's Scizor and Ash's Pikachu via DS Download Stations, the recent Zoroark distribution via IR, which I confirm; slot-2 events in other languages), I believe I would have found details about a slot-2 distribution if it had happened. Another fact: in April, 2010, the DSi has been launched in Korea; I think it's safe to assume that every event after that date has been distributed through local wireless (in order to not exclude DSi players from the distribution).

Guested
Sep 21st, 2011, 03:11 AM
Well, it's more of an issue of whether it was JUST by Wireless or JUST by Slot 2. In Japan, all of the events that used Slot 2 had DS Lites loaded with the distro cart that were kept by staff members... you'd give them your game, and they'd manage the distribution. They of course wouldn't accept a flash cart, they would only take real games.
Now that S Korea is using IR to prevent flash cart users from getting events, I was just wondering how far that strategy goes back... they could have used Slot 2 for some of their Gen IV local distributions (obviously not the Wifi or Download Station ones).

Since you seem to have a lot of info, I'd like to ask you one more question:
Do you know if any events were restricted to certain versions of the game? Some events in US/Japan were only available to Platinum or HGSS, for example.

Collection archive updated

Replaced:
Incorrect Italian Ranger 3 Deoxys formes (Normal, Defense, Speed)

Vicjor pointed out that the recent three additions to the Italian Ranger files were incorrect. They've been replaced here in the collection, as well as the Gallery.

I'm sorry, but also I have a problem with Mystery Gift Editor to extract the PGT file because I used the option "From WC" and I selected Eevee.

Nevermind, the PCD is actually correct and I just extracted the PGT from it http://tmp.pokecheck.org/events/VGC%202010%20Eevee%20FRA.pgt

Pokegen doesn't extract the .PGT file, or I don't know to use it.

Here, there is my Pokemon Soul Silver's save, perhaps you'll can extract the .PGT file.

Hey, I went through some of my old save files and found some untouched wonder cards so I extracted some of the missing Korean events. (Used pokegen to extract, hope the files are not messed up)
The zip file contains pcd for the following:
Characterfair Shaymin, Korean Crown Entei, Korean Crown Raikou (sorry apparantly I didn't go get Suicune...bleh), NOK Regigigas, Shinsegae Feebas, and Shinsegae Munchlax.
Hope that helps fill up some empty holes

edit: if the said pcd don't work PM me or something and I'll send you my save files

I've checked this thread, I had totally missed that three Italian Ranger 3 Deoxys still haven't been contributed. Here they are, from my collection.

So you registered just to say this... It's true it's impossible to find by yourself if you don't have the 50 passwords to reach that place.
http://projectpokemon.org/events/it-IV.php

Enjoy.

PS: don't ask where to find the other languages. It's too complicated with all the passwords and secret link.
