What is the theoretical algo?

I was just wondering what the theoretical algorythms were.


for example. Is theoretical algo 1 for starter pokemon and gift pokemon?

another example. Is theoretical algo 2 for legendarys?


please, i really need help on this :)

you can just get the PCD and try to search it yourself ... no one bother to search for PID algorithm for event pokemon because it's different from the wild pokemon's PID
