Is there a pokesav or pokegen or some editor for the English game of Black and White yet?

Will it work with the English game when it comes out?

Another question when I was exporting the code the option there was Japanese, will the code still work on the english game or there a way to change it or something?

That still would have to get researched, it's a add/subtract tweak to the offsets for the code.

I'm not sure what that means but ok

Basically the way the game runs is different from the Japanese game. The active ARM9 memory offsets are different for each ROM because they are different between languages.

Since B/W still are coming out, you shouldn't expect things to immediately be available, but since we had the Japanese games we have been able to get these "offsets". All that would have to done is find out their new positions in the different languages/versions (+/- a few places).

I could've had the offsets a day or two ago. The next beta release of PokeGen just isn't ready yet.

Ok so once the games come out tommorrow and we get that offset, then we'll be able to use pokegen or pokesav?

There are already ROMs out. The European ROM will almost definitely have the same offset as the US ROM.

On the forum where the Black White Translated PokeSav was released they posted this week suspecting in maybe another week or two before it gets an update for the US games.

It shouldn't take too long. The offset in memory is pretty minor for most things between the UK and US versions. An example of this comes from comparing two Action Replay codes between the regions (of course only the first 4 sets of 8 mean anything for memory):

UK Action Replay Code for Infinite Health:

521C607C D10E2800
021C607C FBC0F1E8
023AE800 D0002800
023AE804 4903BD70
023AE808 428E6809
023AE80C 2400D200
023AE810 46C04770
023AE814 0226995C
d2000000 00000000

VERSUS
US Action Replay Code for Infinite Health:

521C605C D10E2800
021C605C FBD0F1E8
023AE800 D0002800
023AE804 4903BD70
023AE808 428E6809
023AE80C 2400d200

023AE814 0226993C
