can somebody help me to find out my secret id on pokemon emerald, because i didnt find any shinys and i am planing to do the broken RNG ( this is why i bought this game!!!), so can somebody help me??? i heard that pokemon editing program can do this stuff...

Migrate a pokemon to your 4th gen, then trade it with someone... they can tell you from that.
