Help me make an event

Went through all the posts in this misc section, but didn't find exactly my answer. In a couple months I am going to a anime convention and I want to create a event I can distribute of the pokemon I am dressing up as. I own 1 DS, a R4, and a legit game. I highly doubt I will have internet access during this event, so distribution would have to be offline only. How can I do this?

Are you able to edit your saves?

Using pokesav or something else? I dont know how, but if there is a method for this then I am willing to learn. But yeah, i should be able too
