The game received very good scores, receiving three 9s and a perfect 10 for a total of 37/40.

"I got addicted to the collecting, raising, and battle aspect," one reviewer wrote. "It reminded me of how well-made a game [the original] Gold/Silver was at its core. Being as universally known as it is, there are few surprises here, but the game is so exquisitely balanced that getting addicted is a natural process."

The game is still set for a September 12th release in Japan and an early spring release in North America.

Movies: Pokémon Movie 12 English Title: Arceus and the Jewel of Life

Pokémon Movie 12: Arceus and the Jewel of LifeYesterday, at the Locarno International Film Festival hosted in Switzerland, Pokémon Officials presented a Japanese trailer of the film with an English narrator and subtitles. Many individuals who had a hand in the movie were present, including the artist of the song Antenna of the Heart, who also performed the song at the event.

During the trailer, the narrator stated the following

"To conquer means to overcome one’s limits. The legendary Pokemon battle continues as suddenly, Arceus appears. Arceus… what is the secret behind his anger and what will happen to Ash and his friends? This summer, the mystery unfolds… Pokemon the movie, the conclusion to the battle: Arceus and the Jewel of Life."

No official English release date was announced.

Games: CoroCoro Update: Clearer Scans!

In typical CoroCoro leak fashion, clearer scans of the CoroCoro scans from yesterday have been uploaded. Here are some of the most important details that were revealed by the new scans:

  • Three new Pokéthlon games have also been revealed: Break Block, which involves breaking bricks, Change Relay, a racing game, and Push Circle, which involves pushing Pokemon out of a ring.
  • A type of map editor for the Safari Zone will allow players to customize and share maps for the Safari Zone.
  • Apricorns can be mixed into supplements for Pokémon to boost Pokéthlon stats using a new item called the Apricorn Shaker.
  • Finally, the scans also confirm the availability of Groudon (SoulSilver only) and Kyogre (HeartGold only) at level 50, and that Rayquaza will appear once both are traded on to one game.

Games: CoroCoro Scans Reveal More HeartGold and SoulSilver Info

Here are the new scans from CoroCoro released earlier today revealing a significant amount of new information regarding Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver:

  • The first two images show the Apricons and their Pokeballs. The apricorns appear to be kept in a key item container, so this would eliminate the problems with compatibility with DPP since a Pokemon can`t hold key items. This allows the player to grow Apricorns while travelling. (Pokeballs shown: Friend Ball, Heavy Ball, LoveLove Ball, Speed Ball, Level Ball, Moon Ball, and Lure Ball)
  • This 3rd image shows the magnet train and SS Anne dockhouse along with Johto Region`s Battle Frontier. The entrance looks like it is in the same place as Crystal`s Battle Tower, which is on route 40.
  • The 4th image shows a Wi-Fi double battle with Dialga and Palkia, a 2010 WCS announcement and an encounter with Rayquaza.
  • In the 5th image we see the player receiving the Mysterious Egg from Mr. Pokemon.
  • The 6th image shows an encounter with a wild Raikou.
  • The 7th image simply shows Rayquaza hindering in HeartGold and SoulSilver.
  • In the 8th image we see the player receiving the Pokedex from Prof. Oak. Bug Catching Contest.
  • The last image shows the entrance to the new Safari Zone, accessed by Cianwood City.

Much thanks to Guested for the translations. Thanks for reading! Check back soon for more updates.

Games: HeartGold and SoulSilver Site Update!

The official Pokémon website was just updated, confirming much information already that was revealed in the latest CoroCoro leak. In addition, clearer screenshots and artwork of the games have also been released.

As previously shown, the PokéGear will make a reappearance in HeartGold and SoulSilver. It will feature a radio, phone, and a map to which memos can be added. The new PokéGear will be available in two colors, blue or pink, depending on the character`s gender. Other menu redesigns include a touch screen toggle for running and an additional registration for key items.

The website confirms that in the Shinto Ruins (which can be accessed after Movie Arceus is traded to HeartGold or SoulSilver), the player will be able to choose to receive a Dialga (with Metal Burst as an exclusive move), Palkia (with Hydro Pump), or Giratina (with Shadow Sneak) at level 1.

New Pokéthlon Dome minigames are also showcased in the site update. They include "Shooting Snow" (a snowball fight minigame) and "Ring-out Fight" (which has the player knocking other Pokémon out of a ring), along with six unknown slots where new minigames will be revealed later. The Pokéthlon has five types of minigames, each favoring a different stat (speed, strength, technique, endurance, or jump). Prizes can be exchanged for points earned after winning minigames.

Site: New Pages and Program Updates

New Melee! Pokémon Scramble and HeartGold SoulSilver Pages up!Over the past few days, the Project Pokémon staff has been working hard to add new pages and revise old, inaccurate articles. First, we have added a general information page for Melee! Pokémon Scramble along with a passwords page. Furthermore, four HeartGold and SoulSilver pages have been updated with more accurate and up-to-date information. This includes the PokéWalker, Arceus event, Pichu event and "Walking With Your Pokémon" pages. Much appreciation to Guested for translating the info on these pages from Japanese to English and to The Fallen for setting up the articles in the first place.

Poryhack has just finished coding an offline version of "PCD Safe". For more information and a download link, visit this page. Next, I would like to advise all our event collectors to not use Legal.exe for checking Mystery Gift events since it is updated on an infrequent basis.

A slew of other small changes were made, so if you see anything different, it`s most likely because the staff changed something. Finally, we will be adding a "Report an Error" feature to the site shortly so you can point out typos, grammatical errors or inaccurate information on our pages. Thanks for reading!

Games: Oha Suta Reveals More Details About HGSS In-Game Events

Oha Suta, a Japanese TV show, has revealed more details on the HeartGold and SoulSilver in-game events triggered by the upcoming Pikachu-Colored Pichu and the Cinema Arceus. You can watch the episode on YouTube courtesy of Filb.de here.

Although there have already been several stills of the interaction between Pikachu-Colored and Jagged-Ear Pichu, the video depicts the entire thing in action. Of note is the redesigned battle interface and new music, as well as the fact that the Jagged-Ear Pichu joins your party. It is female and knows the moves Helping Hand, Volt Tackle, Swagger, and Pain Split.

The Arceus event will be triggered when the cinema Arceus is traded to HeartGold or SoulSilver and brought to the Ruins of Alph. From there, a new area is unlocked at an as-of-yet unknown location. Cynthia will be there when you arrive, and your arceus will apparently allow you to select from Dialga, Palkia, or Giratina, creating the selected pokemon at level one and placing it in your party. Very interesting!

Games: Newer Scans: Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver

Thanks to CoroCoro, HeartGold and SoulSilver news has just been pouring in the past few days! These higher resolution CoroCoro scans have recently popped up on 2ch. The scans are from the same issue of the magazine as the old, blurrier scans, but are much more detailed and reveal some new information.

First off, more information about the event Jirachi has been released. It will be holding a Leichi Berry and know the moves Wish, Confusion, Rest, and Draco Meteor (a move exclusive to this event).

The new scans have confirmed (or at least strongly imply) that Kanto will be playable in HeartGold and SoulSilver, due to maps of Kanto being included in the scans. Not that this was a surprise, anyway.

The ability of your starter to follow your character was revealed in the surprise Pokémon Sunday reveal. CoroCoro reveals that it will be possible for any species of Pokémon to follow the character - be it a starter, its evolutions, a caught wild Pokémon, or a legendary. The Pokémon can also be spoken to display its current mood.

Pre-order gifts for both HeartGold and SoulSilver have been confirmed to include Ho-Oh, Lugia, and Arceus figures. While you can only receive Ho-Oh if you only pre-order HeartGold and Lugia if you pre-order SoulSilver, you can get both as well as Arceus if you pre-order them both together. Let`s hope Nintendo will distribute these figurines in other regions, too!

In addition, the interface for the Pokédex, bag, and other in-game menus have been completely redesigned from previous Generation IV games.

Games: CoroCoro HeartGold and SoulSilver Updates

New scans of the next issue of CoroCoro have recently surfaced on a Japanese forum. They reveal a great deal of new information about HeartGold and SoulSilver.

The scans have revealed the box art for both games as well as the packaging. The Japanese version of the game will be packaged in paper (although standard plastic DS case could also be included inside). Like Gold and Silver, the box arts feature Ho-Oh and Lugia. Because the PokéWalker device is bundled with the game, the box is thicker and heavier than a normal DS game.

Another scan reveals that it will be possible to catch either Groudon or Kyogre after the Elite Four is defeated. Kyogre will only appear in HeartGold and Groudon will be exclusive to SoulSilver. From the scan, it appears as though Rayquaza will appear once the player has both Kyogre and Groudon (through trading with the opposite version).

The magazine also hints at an Arceus event in the game, and confirms the return of Cynthia as a character. Little is currently known about this event, however, and it is still unknown whether this will be in the game by default or triggered by Mystery Gift.

Although it doesn`t show anything particularly new, new screenshots, art for a female Rocket grunt, Professor Elm, as well as the player`s rival were also revealed.

With all this new content, this game just keeps sounding better and better. Stay tuned for more news!

The flier states that Pokémon players can also download Pokémon toys from the recently announced WiiWare title "Melee! Pokémon Scramble!" at McDonald`s. Once all the toys are collected, players can redeem McDonald`s coupons.

Games: PokéWalker for Pokémon HGSS

Today on Pokémon Sunday, more news regarding Heart Gold and Soul Silver was revealed. The episode revealed information regarding an external device known as "PokéWalker". This peripheral will be able to connect with Pokémon Heart Gold and Soul Silver, allowing you to transfer Pokémon from your game to "PokéWalker".

The device will act like a pedometer and the Pokémon loaded on it will accumulate experience points and happiness. You can only deposit one Pokémon in "PokéWalker" at a time and you can raise it up to level 100 without it ever appearing in even one battle. In addition, there will be a slew of mini games available on the peripheral. One mini game shows Pikachu battling a Sentret while in another, called "Item Finder", you search for items in the grass. There is no information as to whether or not the items you find can be sent back to the game.

A new WiiWare game titled Melee! Pokémon Scramble was announced today by the official Japanese Pokémon website. The game’s Japanese release date is set at June 16th. It will cost 1500 Wii Points.

Melee! Pokémon Scramble will look similar to My Pokémon Ranch, sporting the same graphical style. In the game, players will be able to compete in a variety of modes, most of which seem action-oriented. It includes a story mode with giant Pokémon as bosses at the end of each level. In Battle Royal, Pokémon compete in a ring, with the last one standing winning the round. Players will be able to control Pokémon and perform moves using the Wii Remote and/or nunchuck. More Pokémon are unlocked as the player progresses through the game, and Pokémon may also be unlocked via special passwords that will be released by Nintendo. Pokémon can also be stored on Wii Remotes to bring to other systems.

In addition to its single player modes, the game will also support up to four players in a competitive mode and two player co-op. The game will also have a screenshot function that posts screenshots on the Wii Message Board.

Event: That’s right, MORE Shaymin! - Norway and Sweden

It seems Nintendo is finally expanding their event territory. Last year darkrai was distributed in Japan, the US, the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Australia, and South Korea. With shaymin this year they have expanded to include Belgium, Greece, and the topic of this article, Norway & Sweden.

Unfortunately we weren’t aware of these events until recently (thanks for the heads up DarkStar), and they have already come and gone. We strongly suspect that the event and its wonder card is identical to the card already given out in the US, UK, Netherlands, and Belgium. However, if you attended the event or know someone who did it would be nice to confirm this.

The Norwegian distribution was available at GameStop stores to those who preordered Platinum starting the 15th of May. For those that didn’t, it was available from launch day until the 29th. The Swedish page has been taken down since this information was reported to us a few days ago.

On a side note there are two events coming up pretty soon that we will need your help to get. If you can/do get them, please let us know in this thread on the forums.

Event: United Kingdom`s VGC09 Milotic

Yesterday was United Kingdom`s qualifier tournament for the 2009 Pokémon Video Game Championships. At the tournament, a Milotic was distributed. There are three differences between this Milotic and the one distributed in the USA. First, the ID of the UK Milotic is 05309 as opposed to 05099. Next, the WC ID of this Milotic is 179 as opposed to 154. Finally, the Milotic distributed in the UK was only available to Pokémon Diamond and Pearl as opposed to the US one which was only distributed to Pokémon Platinum.

Since this European Milotic was different than the American one, we can assume that the ones to be distributed in Paris and Berlin will be different. We hope someone will be attending those events! Thanks for reading.

Feel free to report any errors on the forums.

In addition, we are adding more and more pages to the website. Since we don`t want to write an article every time we write a page, the "Top 5 Recently Added Pages" tab has been added to the right sidebar. Now you can keep track of all the pages we add to the site. Eventually this will be removed from the sidebar after we catch up writing pages for all the Pokémon games.

Games: Pokémon Platinum Korean Release Date

The Pokémon Platinum Korean Version release date has been revealed today along with the Regigigas event mentioned in this article. The release date is July 2nd 2009 and the price will be 39,000원 (KRW) which is equivalent to approximately $31 USD.

As usual, it is assumed that interaction between the Korean version of Pokémon Platinum and other non-Korean versions will be extremely limited or virtually non-existent. This is due to the fact that the games from other countries do not support the Korean font table. Korean characters appear as blank spaces in Diamond and Pearl and question marks in Pokémon Platinum.

Thanks for reading and much thanks to chycorita for informing us of this news.

Event: Regigigas Distribution in Korea

Today, the Official Pokémon of Korea Website announced that a Regigigas will be distributed in South Korea on June 20th and June 21st 2009. The distribution will take place at the Techno Mart B1 Shin Do Rim from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In order to download the event you must have an authentic Korean version of Pokémon Diamond or Pearl along with a Nintendo DS.

You may only download Regigigas after your cart has been inspected by the officials to confirm the legitimacy of your game. If it is found that you used a cheating device, your save file may be deleted. Your game must have less than 3 wonder cards and each person can only download one Regigigas.

If you transfer Regigigas to the Korean version of Pokémon Platinum, set to hit shelves July 2nd, it will unlock the 3 Regi caves. A big thank you to chycorita for translating this information for us!

Event: Korean Arcanine Distribution at Battle Series 2009

About 2 weeks ago, the Official Pokémon of Korea Website posted information about their Battle Series 2009 tournament. I had been waiting for someone to properly translate the information on the website, but due to the lack of Korean translators, all that is known is that an event Arcanine will be distributed at the tournament finals on June 6th and June 7th.

Dates and rules about the tournament are available on the site. Since Pokémon Platinum is not yet available in Korea and no official release date has been scheduled, players must either have Pokémon Diamond or Pearl version and a DS to enter.

Thanks for reading and stay tuned for more information. Click the image to the right to enlarge it. Thank you to Vert and Punky for informing me.

UPDATE:
Thanks to our members chycorita and wraith89, more info is now known about the event. Only those who watch or participate in the Division A or Division B competition of Pokémon Battle Series 2009 will receive the Arcanine. The Arcanine is going to be distributed by Nintendo of Korea and you will need a DS as well as a legitimate copy of Pokémon Diamond or Pearl Korean version to obtain the event.

Site: Project Pokémon`s International Pokédex

After many weeks of hard work, the Project Pokémon team is proud to unveil their newest accomplishment... Project Pokémon`s International Pokédex!

Our Diamond and Pearl Pokédex is available in almost every single language that each game is available in. This includes Italian, German, French, English, Japanese, Spanish and soon Korean. Our Platinum Pokédex only has English and Japanese so far, but the day Pokémon Platinum hits shelves in Europe (May 22nd 2009), check back here because our dexes will be ready for our international visitors.

Event: Pichu and Arceus In-Game Events

The Official Pokemon Website and leaked Famitsu scans revealed new information about the role of Pichu and Arceus in Pokémon Heart Gold and Soul Silver. The Pikachu-Colored Pichu that will be distributed via Mystery Gift this summer for the 12th Pokémon movie will allow you to interact with a Jagged-Eared Pichu in Pokémon Heart Gold and Soul Silver. However, it is noted that the Pikachu-Colored Pichu must not be evolved in order to activate this event. You can evolve it, but if you do, you will not be able meet the Jagged-Eared Pichu. There is no word as to whether or not a new Pichu forme will be introduced.

In addition, more info regarding an in-game event activated by the 12th movie Arceus has also been announced for Pokemon Platinum. If you have this Arceus in your party, you can find the Hiker in Oreburgh Mine and he will tell you about his studies regarding philosophy and legends. As he leaves, he will give you the Flame Plate. You can then meet him at the Canalave Library where he will tell you the legend of the creation of Sinnoh. Furthermore, the book that he placed in the library will be updated with the text from all the plates.

Thanks for reading and check back soon for more info! A big thanks to Guested for translating.

Event: Waku Waku Fair Lucario Doll is now Available!

Thanks to our frequent contributor NTR-AAQE-USA we have the wonder card of the lucario doll secret base item. You can download it here. This event is ongoing at all Pokemon Centers in Japan; if you live in the region stop by before the end of May and get one for yourself.

You`ll notice when you load this PCD and PGT in pokesav that the item is labeled as seal 118. This is simply a mislabeling, the item is not a seal. You can pick it up at a pokemart like any other WC; upon doing so it will be sent to your secret base PC, which is only accessible from your secret base in the Sinnoh Underground.

Enjoy!

Discuss here.

Event: Whoops! - Bug found in Secret Key WC

This is just a heads-up that you should redownload the North American Secret Key WC. The card was accidentally saved with pokesav .40c, which screwed up the part of the card that determines which versions it can be sent to.

Just incase you didn`t see the article about this bug before our move, here it is again:

The PKM Database recently discovered a fairly significant bug in all versions of Pokesav .40c (Pokesav Platinum .06d does not have the bug) that you should all be made aware of, as it just might affect the legitimacy of your wonder cards. The bug is in how Pokesav reads a wonder card, either directly from the save or when importing a PCD file. If a file that is supposed to be available to any cart (that means Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum) is loaded, Pokesav will read it as being available to Diamond and Pearl only. This can affect the legitimacy of wonder cards that are supposed to be available to all three games because when the PCD is saved or written to the save it will be saved the way it’s read. This means the part that says the game is available to Platinum will be erased, and I don’t think anyone wants that. Fortunately for us, this is only a minor inconvenience once people are aware of it and how to fix it.

Fixing it is simple, just check the platinum checkbox and it will write/save the PCD with the correct value; apparently the bug is only in the read part. Make sure to tell your friends; we don’t want any hacked wonder cards floating around.

Thanks to kazumi213 for pointing this out!

Games: Pokémon Gold and Silver Remake?

A few hours ago Pokémon Sunday aired in Japan and stated that the next episode, which will air next Sunday (May 10th), will reveal a brand new Pokémon game. Many Pokémon enthusiasts are speculating that it will be the release of a highly anticipated Gold and Silver remake.

There are several factors indicating that this could be the remake we have all been waiting for. First, the new Pokémon Movie 12, set to hit theatres in Japan this summer, features all the starter Pokémon of the second generation. Second, this year marks the 10 year anniversary of the 1999 release of Pokémon Gold and Silver in Japan. Furthermore, after the third generation games were released for the GBA, remakes for Pokémon Red and Green were released. Assuming Nintendo wants to stay consistent, it would make sense that they release a remake of the second generation games after having released the fourth generation Pokémon versions.

The final indication that this could be a potential remake announcement is the screenshot presented to the right. That picture is a preview for the next week`s Pokémon Sunday episode. There are two balls hanging off the ceiling of the room. One is slightly silver colored while the other is gold which could potentially represent Pokémon Gold and Silver.

In conclusion, it would be a big disappointment for the Pokémon community if a GS remake or fifth generation Pokémon game isn`t announced. Other possible announcements could include Pokémon Battle Revolution 2, Pokémon Ranger 3 or even a new spin-off game. Although there is much evidence which leads us to believe that this could indeed be the remake we are waiting for, we will just have to watch next week`s episode of Pokémon Sunday to know what game it will be.

Thanks for reading and thank you to PocketMonsters.net for providing the screenshot! Feel free to give your thoughts about this issue by following the discussion link below.

Event: Italian Shaymin Distribution Dates

Yesterday, the European Shaymin mini website released the dates of distribution for the Italian Shaymin. There will be a total of three distributions taking place. On May 16th and 17th 2009, Shaymin will be distributed at the Bimbo & Family - Fair of Galatina in Galatina, Italy. The next distribution will take place on June 13th 2009 in the Museum of Science and Technology of Milan located in Milan, Italy. Finally, the third distribution will be near the zoological garden of Rome, Italy ("Bioparco di Roma") on June 27th 2009.

We would also like to point out that yesterday two more dates were listed but have since been removed on the official website. These dates were July 18th and July 19th 2009 at the Pokémon Day Event in Mirabilandia, Italy. There is no word as to whether the distribution will still be taking place at the Pokémon Day Event or why the site took down that date. Stay tuned for more information! Event: Release Dates of Shaymin in the Netherlands and Belgium

The official Nintendo of Europe website updated today and released information regarding the distribution of Shaymin in both Belgium and the Netherlands. Shaymin will be distributed in the Netherlands at Toys XL on May 22nd and May 23rd. Even though this Shaymin is being released after Platinum`s release, the site specifically states that it will only be available to Pokémon Diamond and Pearl versions. For a complete list of cities that will be distributing the Shaymin in the Netherlands, please click here.

Nintendo of Europe`s Shaymin page has two different languages for Belgium - one in French and one in Dutch. As such, Shaymin will be distributed at two different stores during different time periods. One distribution will be from May 9th to May 22nd at Game Mania stores, a predominant slew of Dutch game stores in Belgium. The second distribution will be at Cora stores, a chain of primarily French game oriented stores in Belgium, from May 12th to May 23rd.

Site: Project Pokémon`s D/P/Pt Pokédex

After only 2 weeks since Project Pokémon`s launch, we now have our very own Pokédex. The dex includes extensive information on every single Pokémon from Bulbasaur all the way to Arceus. The information for each Pokémon ranges from basic data such as a weight and height to specific information like stats and movesets. Even information regarding specific forms can be accessed in our Pokédex. For instance, on Rotom`s page you will notice that their are 6 icons at the top of the page which each represent a different form of Rotom. By simply clicking any one of those icons, you can jump directly to the section of the page which covers information regarding that specific form.

Although the Pokédex seems complete already, the Project Pokémon team will be adding dex information for previous versions of the game and expanding its functionality to meet the needs of foreign users. In addition, you may notice that links on the sidebar (attacks, abilities, etc.) are incomplete. These pages are being finished as we speak and should start appearing on the site in the weeks to come.

We hope you enjoy the dex and on behalf of Project Pokémon I would like to extend my thanks SCV, a fellow admin, for his extensive work in getting this Pokédex prepared for the site.

Event: Spanish Shaymin Wonder Card Uploaded

Thanks to our member Mewtwo2000 who dropped by a GAME store today, we now have the Spanish Shaymin wonder card! The video, included below, gives details regarding the event. The Shaymin`s OT, Peli11, is short for "película 11" which means "Movie 11". This event ends in Spain on May 15th 2009.

Since this Shaymin`s wonder card has special accented characters, you will have to use Project Pokémon`s PCD Safe to load the wonder card. Event: Nintendo of Korea Mew Uploaded

Thanks to our member Flootenkerp, we now have a legitimate copy of the Nintendo of Korea Mew distributed last month. We got the PKM about one week ago but it took several days to confirm the legitimacy of the file and whether or not it had a static or dynamic nature. A PGT file is also available for download so that you can soft reset for the nature you prefer most.

Please remember that in non-Korean versions of Pokémon Diamond or Pearl, the OT and name of the Mew will appear to be empty space. In non-Korean versions of Pokémon Platinum, the OT and name of the Mew will appear as question marks. This is completely normal considering the fact that non-Korean Pokémon games cannot register Korean characters.

We hope we didn`t keep our members waiting too long for this event, so enjoy!

Event: Shiny Milotic Event in the USA

Pokémon.com has today revealed the official rules, dates and locations of the 2009 Pokémon Video Games World Championships. Along with this news, www.pokemonvgc.com, the official Pokémon Video Game Championships website has announced a Shiny Event Milotic. It seems that The Pokémon Company has officially endorsed the word "shiny" because not only did they mention it in the Official Pokémon Platinum Guide, it has also been used on the Official Pokémon VGC Website.

The Milotic will be available exclusively to tournament registrants with a copy of Pokémon Platinum Version. Each registrant will only be allowed to receive one Shiny Milotic. There is no word yet on official distribution dates.

The site also states some details concerning the event Pokémon itself. The Milotic will be at level 50 with a Classic Ribbon and holding a Flame Orb. Its moveset is Rain Dance, Recover, Hydro Pump and Icy Wind. These details match those of the WCS Shiny Milotic distributed in Japan, so I am assuming they will be extremely similar. You can expect the PID and nature of the Milotic to be the same as the WCS Milotic.

Site: Welcome to Project Pokémon!
Welcome to Project Pokémon!

Project Pokémon was created with specific goals in mind: to spread knowledge of the Pokémon franchise, and to increase the knowledge of the game overall. Not only will we contain information about the game`s basics, calculators, a Pokedex (coming soon!), anime guides, and content that other fan sites have, we will also include extensive documentation on its intricacies. We intend to delve into research and develop new projects that will make Pokémon more exciting for all players.

We know that in some circles, the methods that we use to do this are not always welcome. Nevertheless, we believe that there are many ways to enjoy Pokémon, and unlike many other communities, we will try our best to respect them. We will continue our projects for the benefit for all Pokémon fans. Indeed, Project Pokémon intends to be a community for all Pokémon fans - whether you`re interested in playing the game, Wifi trading or battling, event collecting, watching the anime, or learning about game mechanics.

Project Pokémon is constantly under active development. We will continue to expand as we work towards our goals. Expect new content every day!

Where is Pokesav?

Pokesav is right here! The main site, forums, and database have all been merged with Project Pokémon. We hope that this move will benefit everyone. We now have five permanent staff members from the old community - coolbho3k, fenzo666, Poryhack, Sabresite, and SCV. Please register for the new forums and start helping us build the Project Pokémon community!

Thanks for reading, we hope you enjoy the new site! Please note that the current design is temporary and it will be renovated in the near future.

Update for those living in the UK: The GAME store in Derby will not be hosting the Shaymin event because their store has just recently opened. Thanks to Skitty 22 for the info.
